Money, Coins and Souls
| Currency | Where it comes from | What it buys |
|---|---|---|
| Jobs, quests, selling, rewards, chat games, fishing | Towns, claims, the server shop, pets, backpacks, cosmetics | |
| Dungeon mobs and bosses | Custom enchantments | |
| Rewards, playtime levels, crates, chat games, the battlepass, the piñata | Everything in the coin shop: crate keys, sell wands, the premium battlepass, tags, the rarest cosmetics and tool skins. Also the largest backpack |
Money can be paid and traded between players. Coins and Souls cannot: what you hold is what you earned. /coins and /souls show those balances.
Earning money
You start with $1,000. Jobs are the steady income; daily quests, selling to the shop and the auction house are the rest. /rewards adds a claim on a timer:
| Reward | Every | Pays |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Day | $100 and 1 Coin |
| Weekly | 7 days | $1,500, 8 Coins and a Rare crate key |
| Monthly | 30 days | $5,000, 30 Coins and an Epic crate key |
The server shop
/shop or the Shop character at spawn. Prices are fixed, which puts a floor under everything. There are eight sections:
Farming has its own shopkeeper, the Farmer (/warp farmer). In any shop, left-click an item to buy, right-click to sell, and press your drop key to sell every one you are carrying.
The coin shop
/coinshop or the Coinshop character at spawn. Everything in it is priced in Coins, and Coins are earned in game: timed rewards, playtime levels, crates, chat games and the battlepass.
| Section | What it sells | Coins |
|---|---|---|
| Crate keys | Ten of the eleven keys, singly or in fives and tens. See crates | 10 – 900 |
| Sell wands | Five tiers, listed below | 50 – 350 |
| Battlepass premium | The second reward track of the battlepass | 250 |
| Player tags | Six chat tags | 25 – 200 |
| Cosmetics | The rarest in each category. See cosmetics | 50 – 400 |
| Tool skins | Four sets of skins | 600 – 800 |
Sell wands
A sell wand sells the contents of a chest in one click, and it wears out. The first tier pays 80% of full price; the rest pay all of it and last longer.
| Wand | Pays | Uses | Coins |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier I | 80% | 75 | 50 |
| Tier II | 100% | 150 | 75 |
| Tier III | 100% | 250 | 120 |
| Tier IV | 100% | 500 | 200 |
| Tier V | 100% | 750 | 350 |
The auction house
/ah or the Auction House at spawn (/warp auction). Players set the prices.
- Listing is free and the server takes no cut of a sale.
- A listing lasts 48 hours.
- Items can be sold at a fixed price or put up for bids. A bid is paid when you place it.
Player warps
/pwarp lists warps that players have set to their own shops, farms and builds. Setting a warp is free. You can have two, and ranks raise that. Teleporting to a warp takes three seconds.
Trading
/trade followed by a player's name opens a trade window. Both sides see everything on offer and both have to confirm, so neither can walk off with the goods.
- You can trade items, money and experience.
- A request expires after 60 seconds.
- Moving or using a command cancels the trade.
Backpacks
| Backpack | Slots | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 9 | $1,800 |
| Medium | 27 | $3,200 |
| Large | 54 | 50 Coins |
Bought from the Backpacks character at spawn, and also found in crates. A backpack cannot be opened while you are in combat, and it drops with the rest of your inventory if you die.
Furniture
The furniture shop (/warp furniture) sells 28 placeable pieces, from an $80 fence to a $7,520 large bed. Three tents are sold for Coins.
